三丁目店 親方 衛藤 幸平
1980年生まれ、秋田県出身。
市内の河豚料理、寿司をメインとした和食店で修業し、和洋中レストラン、老舗旅館でさらに腕を磨く。
その後は仙台に移り２０１１年に開店した旬彩和創衛藤の料理長として店を切り盛りし
２０１６年８月料理人えとう店主となる。
２０１９年１０月１５日 料理人えとう三丁目店オープンに伴い、代表となる。
メニュー外のものでもお声がけを。ゲストが喜ぶ調理がモットー
カウンター席は、ゲストと向かい合って調理する割烹スタイル。
コミュニケーションをしながら、ゲストに喜んでもらえるよう要望にはお応えしているので、メニューにないものでもぜひお声がけを。
Master Kohei Eto
Born in 1980 Born in Akita Prefecture.
Studied at a Japanese-style restaurant that mainly features blowfish and sushi in Akita City, and further improve his skills at Japanese and Western Chinese restaurants and well-established inn. After that, he moved to Sendai and started serving as a chef of Shun Sai Wa Sotofu, which opened in 2011, and will become a restaurant owner's shop owner in August 2016.
October 15, 2019 Became representative with the opening of the chef Eto 3-chome store.
The counter seat is a chopsticks style that faces the customer and cooks. We respond to requests so that customers can be delighted while communicating. Please order even those that are not in the menu.
